However there are some things a business can’t do. It can’t change from being an IT company to making Christmas decorations. Some changes are too expensive and difficult to do with the resources and skills at their disposal.
The skills and knowledge of the management team will limit the business’s ability to change so that extreme customer demands cannot be achieved.
